    Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

    This $1.4B project included the design and construction of a new International Terminal and twelve gate concourse. The MHJIT connects to the existing International Concourse 'E' and the rest of the airport through an extension of the Automated People Mover system. The MHJIT processes all international passengers for the forty gate international complex. The project includes a new CBP Facility, Short Term Parking Deck, new two-level roadway system and airfield improvements.

  • Master Plan Program

    Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

    This project provided project management services associated with the Airline Master Plan Team (AMPT) for the Atlanta Airlines. The AMPT was charged with representing the airlines' interest in the $5.4 billion ten-year Master Plan Program at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The Master Plan included a new full service runway, new international terminal building and expanded concourse, new consolidated rental car facility, and various existing terminal capacity enhancement and infrastructure projects.

  • Terminal 'A' Redevelopment Program

    Delta Air Lines, Inc.

    This project involved the management of the design and construction of the fast track project to replace existing Terminal 'A' with a modern state-of-the-art facility to be utilized by Delta Mainline, Delta Shuttle, Delta Express and Delta Connection. The $508 million project included a new terminal building, a new satellite concourse building and a pedestrian tunnel connecting the terminal facilities. The expanded complex contains twenty-five aircraft parking positions. Tthe Redevelopment Program was completed in spring 2005 completion.

  • JFK Terminal 2/3 Renovation Program

    Delta Air Lines, Inc.

    This multi-year project includes the on-site management of numerous renovation projects in Delta Air Lines' Terminal 2 and 3 at JFK International Airport. The projects include complex logistics and phasing to complete the renovation projects without impact to the processing of passengers or airline operations.

  • Concourse 'C' and 'D' Carrier Relocation

    Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

    This $12 million project involved the on-site management of the design, construction and relocation activities required to relocate the operations of eight air carriers between Concourses 'C' and 'D' at the Atlanta Airport. The relocation project would ultimately locate Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA), Delta's Atlanta Connection Carrier, closer to Delta's gates to enhance connections and customer service. All daily operations and schedules were maintained during the project with a seven-day a week around-the-clock schedule required to complete the project by the City of Atlanta imposed deadline of May 1, 1996 in support of the Summer Olympic Games.

  • Boston Carrier Relocation Program

    Delta Air Lines, Inc.

    This $10 million project involved the on-site management of the design, construction and relocation activities required to relocate the operations of four air carriers from Terminal 'A' to other terminals at Boston Logan International Airport to allow for the redevelopment of Terminal 'A'. The relocation project would ultimately require gate relocations effecting eight airlines. All daily operations and flight schedules were maintained during the project with a seven-day a week, around-the-clock schedule to complete the project in 120 calendar days.

  • Cincinnati Terminal Expansion Program

    Delta Air Lines, Inc.

    This project involved the management of the design and construction of the fast track project to expand the capacity of the airport facility. The $392 million Cincinnati Airport expansion included a complicated phased approach to replace the existing facilities, while currently in operation, with new expanded facilities and capabilities. The expanded facilities included a new terminal building; new twenty-eight gate concourse, new elevated roadway system, underground tunnels and people mover system and a high speed automated baggage handling system.

  • Salt Lake City International Airport

    Mike Williams is leading the $3.6B complete redevelopment of the Salt Lake City International Airport. He and members of the Making Projects Work, Inc. (MPW) team are part of an integrated team also comprised of Department of Aviation personnel, various consultants and members of the construction and design teams. They charged with the oversight and management of all aspects of the 10+ year project.
