Making Projects Work, Inc. (MPW) is a project management consulting firm formed to offer a structured approach to the planning and implementation of complex projects. MPW was incorporated in 1997 by its President, Michael P. Williams and Executive Vice President, B. Rodney White. MPW is headquartered in Atlanta, GA.

The MPW executive team consists of recognized experts each with over twenty years of experience in the field of project management. The executive team provides hands-on industry related project management experience to project teams involved in the implementation of time and budget sensitive projects for major corporate clients in the fields of aviation, construction, telecommunications, information technology and healthcare. These projects have focused on facility construction, operations, restructuring, process reengineering, and new system implementation.

Mr. Williams has been involved in major aviation projects for twenty five plus years. He and his MPW team have focused on the aviation industry for the past twenty years with significant project involvements at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Boston Logan International Airport, JFK International Airport, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and the Salt Lake City International Airport.
